Why not learn the Dutch language by means of storytelling?

Instead of using a book full of exercises, we will use storytelling: we will read stories and learn the Dutch language in this way. In our online lessons, we will talk about the story, read the sentences, and build from the words.
There are several books we can use. One good example is ‘Het jaar van Kjell’, a story for beginners about a Norwegian expat called Kjell who comes to live and work in Eindhoven.
